The present calendar gathers information on the most important events which took place between September 2009 and late August 2010 and which were connected with the cult of St. James the Apostle in Poland, and with the Polish sections of the Camino de Santiago. The most important of these events were: the visit of the Metropolitan of Santiago de Compostela, archbishop Julián Barrio Barrio to Poland (April 30 – May 3, 2010); the proclamation of St. James as the patron saint of the city of Brzesko (July 24, 2010); the establishment of the sanctuary of St. James in Lębork (July 25, 2010); and the inauguration of new sections of the Way of St. James (more than 400 km) – Nyska Way of St. James, Sudecka Way of St. James (Krzeszów – Jelenia Góra section) and “Via Regia” Way of St. James from Pilzno through Kraków to Góra św. Anny (St. Anne’s Mountain), among others. Este calendario contiene los acontecimientos los más importantes relacionados con el culto de Santiago Apóstol y las rutas jacobeas en Polonia (septiembre de 2009 – agosto de 2010). Se puede apuntar: la visita de Julián Barrio Barrio, arzobispo de Santiago de Compostela (30 de abril – 3 de mayo de 2010), Santiago Apóstol – patrón de la ciudad de Brzesko (24 de julio de 2010), creación del santuario jacobeo en Lębork (25 de julio de 2010) y apertura de nuevos tramos (más de 400 kilometros), entre otros Nyska Droga świętego Jakuba, Sudecka Droga świętego Jakuba (itinerario Krzeszów – Jelenia Góra), Droga świętego Jakuba “Vía Regia” que empieza en Pilzno, sigue por Cracovia hasta Góra Św. Anny.

This almanac comprises all the significant events connected with the cult of St. James the Apostle in Poland and Polish sections of the Camino de Santiago that took place between July 2011 and late July 2012 and which were connected with the cult of St. James the Apostle in Poland, and with the Polish sections of the Camino de Santiago. The most important of these events were the inauguration of new sections of the Way of St. James: Mazowiecka Way of St. James, Beskidzka Way of St. James (Wadowice – Żywiec – Szczyrk – Simoradz) and Nadwarciańska Way of St. James from Ląd to Lubiń.
