dc.description.abstract"In this study, parametric data on the residential reinforced concrete building has been transferred electronically to a database and the application of Quick Response (QR) on being used in smart devices (QR) in order to analyze and monitor this information transmitted. Furth more, the building’s images have been monitored, evaluated and the data related to the geometrical position was also recorded in the database. With this study, it was aimed to create an ID card for each structure to be newly constructed besides the existing structures in the residential areas. By moving the required data to an electronic environment, it was tried to establish an infrastructure. This study will help local governments, public institutions and organizations and building owners to find a chance to reach parametric information about the structure by using a smart phone or a tablet. With the study, the information’s of the buildings have been transferred to a database. By this method, faster and easier accessibility to the information and documents instead of classical archiving method will be provided. Thus many unnecessary paperwork will be prevented."en
