Abstract
In this article the author presents a general reflection on the relationship between the state and the Catholic Church against the background of a principled value, which is freedom. This reflection is described from the point of view of the libertarian and conservative philosophy.

W artykule prezentuję ogólną refleksję nad relacją między państwem a Kościołem katolickim na tle pryncypialnej wartości, jaką jest wolność. Refleksję przedstawiam w duchu filozofii libertariańskiej i konserwatywnej.
