Development of speed in short distance practice girls at age between 12-13 years

Abstract
Summary Above work was about the speed of the development of young athletes aged 12-13. Described and compared the results of two seasons beginning sprinters. It is noted as significantly affected by training targeted for such young players. In the first year, training were only for develop general motor skills. Players had very calm training and they developed with a wide range of exercises theirs physical abilities. In the second year, it’s easy to see the results of the exams in jumping and for short distances, how much they improved the ability of motor skill - speed. We can shape speed only during a state of complete relaxation of the body. For athletes aged 12-13 years, the gap between the two performance at full speed should be 8-10 minutes. We improving the technique in runs "cool " when we are able to keep control of the movement. During preparing before short races, really important in the periodization of training is the use of exercises that are best approximate the characteristics of competition. A very important part of preparation is to develop the capacity speed events so that they reach the highest level.
