dc.description.abstractToday, many cities are using modern technology to be able to make it easier for people to get around and move around. One of them is the use of robotaxes, which are autonomous and multifunctional. The purpose of the article is to identify autonomous robotaxes and determine the perspectives of their use in cities. The article discusses the use of robotaxes and provides examples of selected models of autonomous robotaxes. The characteristics of the vehicles were prepared on the basis of literature review and websites. A SWOT analysis was also conducted to show the strengths and weaknesses of the Motional IONIQ 5 robotaxis test solution, as well as the opportunities and threats associated with its application. The results of the analysis show the many strengths and opportunities, as well as the weaknesses and threats of transporting people by means of an autonomous vehicle.en
