dc.description.abstractIn the age of globalization and intense competitiveness every company should strive to achieve the best, rational use of possessed resources. It can be achieved through, among others, analysis of crucial production processes. The main aim of the research is to identify the main factors causing the standstills of hydraulic-press. During the research the "Picture of the day" analysis was used along with the OEE ( Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicator. More over the current and future Value Stream Mapping was created. In the future the following research can be used to determine methods which will, to a considerable degree, eliminate the standstills in a given situation.en
