Podstawowe usługi funkcjonalne NATO FAS

Abstract

Głównym celem artykułu było zidentyfikowanie usług informatycznych wspierających realizację zadań logistycznych, a także determinantów wpływających na skuteczne działanie wsparcia teleinformatycznego w obszarze usług logistycznych. Charakterystyka wybranych usług funkcjonalnych z zakresu logistyki pomogła określić wymagania stawiane w zakresie wsparcia teleinformatycznego. W artykule autor przedstawił wybrane możliwości usług z pakietu NATO FAS (iGeoSIT, ICC, JOC Watch, NITB). Istotnym zagadnieniem poruszanym w artykule była możliwość integracji usług ze sobą dzięki Networked Interoperable Real-time Information Services (NIRIS) systemowi integrującemu i konwertującemu różne protokoły transmisji umożliwiając użytkownikom dostęp do informacji z różnych systemów w czasie rzeczywistym. Na podstawie charakterystyki autor wyciągnął wnioski w zakresie reorganizacja wsparcia teleinformatycznego w celu zwiększenia efektywności realizacji zadań związanych z utrzymaniem i eksploatacjom informatycznych usług logistycznych.

The main aim of the article was to identify IT services that support the execution of logistics tasks, as well as the determinants affecting the effective operation of teleinformatics support in the area of logistics services. The characterization of selected functional services in the field of logistics helped define the requirements for teleinformatics support. In the article, the author presented selected possibilities of services from the NATO FAS package (iGeoSIT, ICC, JOC Watch, NITB). An important issue discussed in the article was the possibility of integrating the services with each other through the Networked Interoperable Real-time Information Services (NIRIS) system, which integrates and converts various transmission protocols, enabling users to access information from different systems in real time. Based on this characterization, the author drew conclusions regarding the reorganization of teleinformatics support to increase the efficiency of tasks related to the maintenance and operation of IT systems.
