dc.description.abstractW niniejszym artykule dokonano analizy nowych narzędzi technologiczno-informacyjnych w postępowaniu rejestrowym oraz oceny ich efektywności. Przedstawiono wyniki własnego badania ankietowego przeprowadzonego wśród sędziów/referendarzy (w tym m.in. referendarzy XII Wydziału Gospodarczego KRS SR dla Krakowa- Śródmieście w Krakowie), wśród radców prawnych/adwokatów oraz wśród przedsiębiorców. Celem badania było zidentyfikowanie mocnych i słabych stron nowych narzędzi ICT stosowanych w postępowaniu rejestrowym oraz ocenienie efektywności tych narzędzi. Dodatkowo, w celu określenia awaryjności nowych narzędzi ICT stosowanych w elektronicznym postępowaniu rejestrowym przenalizowano również artykuły dostępne na fachowych prawniczych stronach internetowych oraz transkrypcje wywiadów z Ministrem Sprawiedliwości.pl
dc.description.abstractThis article analyses new technological and informational tools in registration proceedings and assesses their effectiveness. It presents the results of an in-house survey conducted among judges/referencing officers (including, among others, the 12th Economic Division of the National Court Register of the District Court for Krakow-Śródmieście in Krakow), among legal advisers/attorneys and among entrepreneurs. The aim of the survey was to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the new ICT tools used in registration proceedings and to assess the effectiveness of these tools. In addition, articles available on legal professional websites and transcripts of interviews with the Minister of Justice were also analysed to determine the failure rate of the new ICT tools used in electronic registration proceedings.en
