Correction of the hemostatic system using extracorporeal methods in patients with opioid dependence

Abstract
The continuous growth of drug addiction in Ukraine, leads to an increase in morbidity and mortality among the younger working population. Cause of death in 60% of cases of drug addicts were medical disorders. The use of membrane plasmapheresis removes from circulation activators hemostatic products paracoagulation, activated blood factors cause hemodilution and deplazmirovanie red blood cells, which helps to improve blood rheology and microcirculation and eliminates the blockade of phagocytic macrophages. The efficiency of application of methods of membrane plasmapheresis in the correction of the hemostatic system in 30 aged 24 - 38 years with the syndrome of opioid dependence. Appreciated the opportunity to use the analyzer rheological properties of blood ARP-01M "Mednord." On the basis of laboratory studies and hardware in patients with opioid dependence syndrome marked hypercoagulable changes in the hemostatic system. Spacing plasmapheresis session was 1 - 2 days plazmoeksfuzii volume was 600 - 800 ml., remote plasma substitution performed isotonic sodium chloride solution (0.9%). The use of membrane plasmapheresis removes from circulation activators hemostatic products paracoagulation, activated blood factors cause hemodilution and deplazmirovanie red blood cells, which helps to improve blood rheology and microcirculation and eliminates the blockade of phagocytic macrophages. A positive effect of membrane plasmapheresis after 3 sessions the patients of this group to improve the rheological properties of blood, treatment of signs of disseminated intravascular coagulation. Analysis of the results leads to further expand the indications for diagnostic hemostasis hardware complex ARP-01M "Mednord."

Проанализирована эффективность применения методов мембранного плазмафереза в коррекции системы гемостаза у 30 пациентов в возрасте 24 – 38 лет с синдромом зависимости от опиоидов. Оценили возможность использование аппаратного анализатора реологических свойств крови АРП-01М «Меднорд». В исследовании выявлено положительное влияние мембранного плазмафереза после 3-х сеансов у 30 больных данной группы в улучшении реологических свойств крови, купирование признаков хронического диссеминированного внутрисосудистого свёртывания. Анализ полученных результатов позволяет в дальнейшем расширить показания к выполнению диагностики системы гемостаза аппаратным комплексом АРП-01М «Меднорд».
