Abstract
Zarządzanie gospodarstwem agroturystycznym na obszarach przyrodniczo cennych wymaga znajomości wiedzy o agroturystyce i skuteczności zarządzania w odniesieniu do turystów i zasad funkcjonowania obszarów przyrodniczo cennych. Obszary przyrodniczo cenne cechuje przede wszystkim różnorodność biologiczna, krajobrazowa i gospodarcza. Zauważa się, że wzrasta zainteresowanie pobytem na obszarach przyrodniczo cennych ze względów naukowych, kulturowych, społecznych i ekonomicznych, a szczególnie widoczny jest rozwój funkcji pozaprodukcyjnej. Funkcje pozaprodukcyjne obszarów przyrodniczo cennych, to przede wszystkim rozwój turystyki i rekreacji, łowiectwa oraz pozyskiwanie runa leśnego. Ważną funkcją obszarów, są walory zdrowotne, głównie ich wpływ na zdrowie fizyczne i psychiczne. Do realizacji wymienionych funkcji szczególnie istotne jest umiejętne zarządzanie gospodarstwem agroturystycznym na wymienionych obszarach.The management of an agrotourism farm in naturally valuable areas is a specific process, because its effects are determined by a number of factors. Certainly decide: the skills of the owner of the farm or its members, the qualifications, the attractiveness of the area, attractions on the farm, climatic conditions, the atmosphere created by the owners of the farm and others. Running a business in naturally valuable areas is possible provided that the economic and social function is linked to the natural environment in such a way that it does not lead to environmental degradation, and especially to its advantages, while mplementing the idea of sustainable development. In order for agritourism farms to develop successfully, it is indispensable to help self-government authorities at all levels of activity (commune, poviat, voivodship and regional). Due to the fact that these are naturally valuable areas, cooperation with forest districts is also indispensable. Such structures should be created as soon as possible, and this need stems from interest in leisure in nature-rich areas, as evidenced by the gradually increasing number of agritourism farms in all provinces of our country.
