30 lat Olimpiady Języka Białoruskiego w Polsce

Abstract

This article discusses the thirty-year history of the Belarusian Language Olympiad in Poland. The author notes the most important moments in the history of the Olympiad, describes the organizational structure of the competition, characterizes the individual stages and topics of the competition, and lists all entities involved in preparing, organizing and conducting the Belarusian Language Olympiad in Poland. In addition, the article discusses in detail the role and importance of the Olympiad for participants, for schools that off er supplementary study of Belarusian as a foreign language, for the Belarusian minority in Poland and for teachers working with particularly talented students.
