dc.description.abstractThe article seeks to present the significant changes of community law in the area of application of Arts 81 and 82 of the Treaty and development of the Polish antimonopoly procedure resulting thereof. At first the brief history of community competition law and of the former procedural regulations i.e. Council Regulation (EEC) No 17 of 6 February 1962 are presented. Secondly, new provisions of the Regulation 1/2003 are discussed. Then the last amendment of the Polish antimonopoly act is analysed through the prism of the Regulation 1/2003. The analysis of these two acts is followed by the presentation of consequences of their adoption for the development of the Polish antimonopoly procedure.pl_PL
