Model zmienności topoklimatycznej rejonu Ojcowskiego Parku Narodowego

Abstract
Topoclimates, or climates of very small areas, are defined by a number of local factors. The most important ones include: morphology, exposure and gradient of slopes, the nature of vegetation, land use, geology, hydrography and the type of the soil cover. Knowledge of the spatial variability of these factors allows the performance of topoclimatic modelling. This is done without knowing the distribution of climate parameters such as temperature or humidity. This paper describes the procedure of semi-automatic determination of the topoclimatic map for the area of Ojców National Park (southern Poland) using the GIS software. The modelling applies Paszyński’s (1980) method with later modifications by other authors.
