The Role of 'Agents' in the Process of the Adaptation of New Workers to the Work Situation

Abstract
The paper deals with the problem of initiation of new workers to the industrial organization. There is used the term of "trajectory of new worker" to denote the waywhich he must cover before he/she is finally accepted by his worker group and before he/she becomes integrated with his enterprises. Thus the notion of the trajectory of the new worker refers to the course of the new worker accomodation to the new requirements of his job and the culture of his organization, as well as to all practices which are implemented to train him/her for his/her job and for relatively harmonious coexistance with other workers whithin this culture. The eimportant role play the agents that help in this process. The paper is based on the conclusions from qualitative research, where the grounded theory methodology was used.
