Abstract

The questions from area of identity swindle greatest meanings in day of permanent social change more and integrate processes. It results, so, from fact, that any contacts of cultures be effective subconscious or conscious features of cultural nationalities obtained, it has come with which (who) for contact. In consequence, adaptation of cultural feature causes modification of identity of social unit, but scale is determined them by duration of contact (phase of cultural assimilation) and nationality, it comes with which for contact. Theoretical aspects of questions will be presented in article from area of identity equal, as well as results of empirical research carried in 2008 s. on polish soldiers in multinational units fulfillingmilitary duty. I would like to underline, that results of my empirical research present smallclipping of holistic research in multinational units problems of intercultural communications only military.
