Abstract
A menopause usually affects women about 50 years old. The main reason for the formation of menopause is the lack of estrogen in the blood. An estrogen, in addition to the direct effect on the women menstrual cycle, is responsible for causing sever bone disease. It is the lack of estrogen is essential to the onset of menopausal women with osteoporosis. From several years, an hormone replace therapy are used an estrogen and/or progesterone to prevent certain diseases. Unfortunately, prolonged use of hormones adversely affects the health of women. Those hormones cause cancer including breast, endometrium, ovaries, blood clots and other serious diseases. Therefore of interest or researchers is to find a safe for the health of the medicinal product.
