Abstract
Проведённые анкетные исследования среди 431 респондента – гидов экскурсий, организаторов туризма и самих туристов – показали, что личностные компетенции гида являются самыми желаемые среди других компетенций (партнёрско- интегрирующих, профессиональных, формально-юридических и материальных); получая средний результат 8, 28 в оценке всех исследуемых групп. Организаторы привязывают к ним самый большой вес (8,34). Немного меньшую ценность привязывают к ним гиды экскурсий (8,26) и участники туристических отъездов (8, 25). Подтвердилась затем предпосылка, что организаторы наиболее высоко оценивают личностные компетенции в отношении к оценкам гидов и туристов, хотя оценки всех исследуемых групп были приближены.A tour guide is a complex profession requiring permanent training. After periods of simplified research approaches, we are currently facing the application of methodologies of leading research and science centers. A purpose of this article was to indicate the importance of personal competences of a tour guide as expressed in the opinions of tour operators, professionally experienced tour guides and organized trips’ participants. The research proved that tour guide’s personal competences are the most desired among other competences (partnering-integrating, professional-vocational, formal-legal and financial) obtaining an average score of 8,28 in the opinion of all respondent groups. Organizers attach the highest importance to them (8,34). Tour guides and tourist trips’ participants attach a slightly lower value to them: 8,26 and 8,25 respectively. Thus the assumption according to which trip organizers evaluate personal competences the highest with regard to tour guides and tourists’ assessments has been confirmed even though the evaluations made by all respondent groups were similar. The research results may be used to describe a job of a tour guide and in vocational trainings.
