dc.description.abstractWe report the synthesis and characterization of a series of donor–acceptor TADF emitters with a new architecture, where the donor moiety and the dibenzazepine-based acceptor moiety are separated by a phenylene linker in a V-shaped spatial arrangement. Such spatial separation and electronic decoupling between the donor and the acceptor moieties leads to low singlet-triplet energy gaps and favors efficient exciton up-conversion.en
