dc.description.abstractThe article concentrates on the proposed amendment to the Criminal procedure code. This is the another important change in the Polish criminal procedure in the last years. The amend-ments that are proposed at the moment are debatable. The aspiration to make the criminal procedure more efficient is absolutely justifiable but it can’t be made if it means the dramatic limitation of the accused rights like presence at the main trail. Some other amendments were also commented in the article.en
