dc.description.abstractAutorzy przedstawiają inteligencję emocjonalną (EQ) jako jedną z rodzaju inteligencji determinującej sukces w życiu. Zwracają uwagę na znaczenie treningu interpersonalnego w rozwoju (kształtowaniu) tej inteligencji. Następnie charakteryzują poziom inteligencji emocjonalnej i jej wybranych składników: samoświadomość emocji, samokontrola i empatia u 60 studentek I roku oraz 24 studentek III roku Instytutu Pedagogicznego Państwowej Wyższej Szkoły Zawodowej w Nowym Sączu.pl
dc.description.abstractAuthors present emotional intelligence (EQ) as one of a few kinds of intelligence determining success in life. They draw one's attention to the significance of interpersonal training in developing (shaping) this intelligence. Then, they characterize the level of emotional intelligence and its chosen parts: emotion self-awareness, self-control and empathy among 60 female students of the first grade and 24 female students of the second grade of the Institute of Pedagogy in State University of Applied Sciences in Nowy Sącz.en
