Abstract
In the modern doctrine of the Church about the media we find many indications referring to the obligations concerning education and the use of media for families and schools. However, we can also point to other institutions responsible for media education. These are the parishes. The aim of the analysis is to identify which tasks in the teaching of the Church are formulated in relation to the parish communities and what opportunities new communication technologies offer for parish ministry
