dc.description.abstractThe article shows the phenomenon of loyalty among the clients (users) of libraries. Definitions of the concept and the beginnings of relation marketing’s creation are presented. The elements influencing the clients’ loyalty and the classification of clients due to the degree of their loyalty are described. In the last part of the article, results of the research concerning the loyalty of library users made by the author are presented.en
