Eksperymentalna i numeryczna analiza ściskania rur aluminiowych
Abstract
The paper presents a comparison of numerical and experimental results of aluminum pipes compressing. In such tests depending on dimensions proportions there is possibility to obtain two type instabilities – local pipe wall buckling or global pipe buckling. Experimental test were carried out for pipes with heights from 80 to 200 [mm]. In numerical analysis a Simo constitu-tive model for large deformation plasticity was adopted. Such formulation of boundary value problem allows to obtain buckling without any geometrical imperfections.
