Wpływ założeń kulturowych na kształtowanie postaw i zachowań ludzi w organizacji

Abstract
The organizational culture is one of important element affecting the commitment and level of motivation of persons employed in the organization. Undoubtedly, the commitment of employees is a consequence of the synergetic influence of many factors which are projecting on people’s attitudes and patterns of behaviours. The article presents deliberations moving closer view to the explanation and thorough discussion of key role which cultural assumptions are playing in processes of shaping behaviour and attitudes of people in organization. Analysing identified problem the Author paid special attention on stressing the range of relations appearing between isolated factors in order to accurately reflect the multilevel recognition, as well as the complexity of issues having their confirmation in practice of management. As a result of systematically observation, professional experiences and conducted own researches, were identified groups of most important organizational processes and actions which differ from theories propagated in the literature.
