Military Aircraft Operation at a Training Air Base
Abstract
The aviation industry’s use of the latest scientific and technical achievements, alongside ever-increasing operational demands placed on aircraft, lies at the core of know-how advancement. On one hand, this drives the modernization of the industry, while on the other, it gives rise to new scientific fields. The introduction of cutting-edge aviation technology into the flight training process, coupled with insufficient awareness of potential safety threats associated with operational processes, motivated the author to address the topic of this publication. The cognitive objective of this monograph was to examine and present theoretical issues concerning the operation process of military training aircraft, including research results on tasks performed during the operation of military training aircraft. The practical goal consists of empirical research aimed at identifying critical elements occurring in the operation of military training aircraft. Summarizing the content of the publication, it can be stated that a true technological revolution has occurred at the training air base. The purchase of very modern technologies has incomparably increased the demands placed on candidates for particularly difficult professions (pilot, maintenance personnel).
