Abstract
The above text is a synthesis of views on the shape of the family and marriage, executed in the community of Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Starting from the basics of doctrine than are subsequently dealt with various characteristics of this religious group. There are primarily conjugality in the marriage, chastity, sexual purity, having children and a family life. Through the analysis of contemporary trends that influence the shape of the modern family, one can see specific changes taking place in the Mormon denomination. However, insightful insight into the issues undertaken allows us to illustrate a certain continuity of the family’s theology in the LDS Church.
