Abstract
The article presents the personal model of teacher emerging from the dissertations by Bogdan Nawroczyński. The empirical thread in the presented considerations includes the comments of contemporary students of Pedagogy on the subject of the teacher's personal qualities, which are juxtaposed with the views of B. Nawroczyński. The analysis aims to find answers to the question: Which values and properties of a person facilitate the teacher’s success in didactic and educational work among children, adolescents and adults?W artykule przedstawiono model osobowy nauczyciela wyłaniający się z rozpraw Bogdana Nawroczyńskiego. Wątek empiryczny w prezentowanych rozważaniach obejmuje uwagi współczesnych studentów pedagogiki na temat osobistych przymiotów nauczyciela, zestawione z poglądami B. Nawroczyńskiego. Analiza ma na celu znalezienie odpowiedzi na pytanie: jakie wartości i cechy osoby ułatwiają nauczycielowi sukces w pracy dydaktyczno-wychowawczej wśród dzieci, młodzieży i dorosłych?
