dc.description.abstractThe approaches to the organization of the educational process aimed at the formation of the ICT competence and development of life competencies at different levels of education - from primary school to the first year at the universities are discovered in the article. As an example of instrument for the proposed approach the system of competency task that provides content, technological, structural, active and instrumental component is proposed. The results of approbation of the proposed system show a positive trend of forming students’ soft skills.en
