dc.description.abstractThis paper sums up the authors’ research not only into the structures and specificity of Chinese intelligence, but also into the ways of international influence through media and cultural institutions as well as the place and role of the intelligence service within contemporary foreign Chinese policy. This paper not only caps the informal research project conducted over the year, but also, published in English as it is, it undoubtedly contributes to the international promotion of research results and, more broadly, of the knowledge of Polish science in this field. The authors formulated the following research questions: What is the role of intelligence in the foreign policy of the People’s Republic of China? What is probably the current structure of Chinese intelligence? What are the most specific operative methods that the Chinese intelligence services use? To answer these questions, they intend to use several research methods: institutional and legal analysis, historical method and qualitative analysis.en
dc.description.abstractNiniejszy artykuł stanowi podsumowanie badań, które autorzy przeprowadzili nie tylko nad strukturami i specyfiką wywiadu chińskiego, ale także nad sposobami oddziaływania na inne kraje za pośrednictwem mediów i instytucji kulturalnych oraz miejscem i rolą służb wywiadowczych we współczesnej polityce zagranicznej Chin. Artykuł nie tylko przedstawia wyniki całorocznego nieformalnego projektu badawczego, ale także dzięki publikacji w języku angielskim niewątpliwie przyczynia się do promocji polskich badań, a szerzej ujmując wiedzy o polskich osiągnięciach naukowych w tej dziedzinie za granicą. Autorzy postawili sobie następujące pytania badawcze: Jaką role odgrywa wywiad w polityce zagranicznej Chińskiej Republiki Ludowej? Jaką strukturę ma prawdopodobnie obecny chiński wywiad? Jakie są najbardziej charakterystyczne metody działania wykorzystywane przez chińskie służby wywiadowcze? Aby odpowiedzieć na te pytania, posługują się licznymi metodami badawczymi: analizą instytucji i tekstów prawnych, metodą historyczną i analizą jakościową.pl
