Tryb i praktyka zmiany konstytucji w państwach postradzieckich w ujęciu porównawczym

Abstract
The constitution is a supreme legal act of a state, that reflects the will of the sovereign in the matter of social and political life. The significance of the constitution requires a special procedure of its amendment. The aim of the following paper is to discuss the problem of amendments to the constitutions of post-Soviet countries. As in many other states, the special procedure is more stringent than required in the ordinary legislation processes. Generally, amend to the constitution requires the agreement of two-thirds of the parliament or must be passed by the referendum. The paper presents current regulations in this matter, as well as chosen cases of amendments that show a general tendency in the development of constitutional law in these states.
