Abstract
The article is devoted to the concept “conflictological competence”; the peculiarities of the professional activity of the modern lawyer are analyzed; the necessity of formation of the conflicto-logical competence of a modern lawyer is proved; functional components of formation of students conflictological competence are characterized; active methods of work on formation of conflictological competence of future lawyers are offered.
