Abstract
The article is an analysis of the contemporary teaching of the Church in Poland concerning media education and practical forms of its implementation in society. The source of the research are documents of the 2nd Polish Plenary Synod and Polish Bishops’ Conference and also documented catholic initiatives – educational, social and ecclesial ones.
