dc.description.abstractThe paper discusses the origin and typology of electronic commerce and emphasizes the fact that it is becoming the main trading form pushing traditional trading forms into the background. The paper also includes the detailed division and description of single elements of electronic commerce (procurement platforms, e-tendering, e-bidding, and dynamic purchasing). The procedures and legal regulations for electronic purchasing are explained focusing on organizations, institutions and companies which can purchase on the Polish Procurement Platform (PPP) located in the Polish Security Printing Works (PWPW).en
dc.description.abstractW opracowaniu przedstawiono powstanie i charakterystykę handlu elektronicznego, jednocześnie wskazując że obecnie odnosi on wielkie sukcesy, spychając na dalszy plan, inne, tradycyjne formy zawierania transakcji handlowych. Dokonano także szczegółowego podziału i opisu poszczególnych elementów handlu elektronicznego (giełdy, aukcji elektronicznej i licytacji elektronicznej oraz dynamicznego sposobu zakupów). Zaprezentowano możliwość (w tym prawne) dokonywania zakupów w drodze elektronicznej przez organizacje, instytucje, i firmy, które mogą na przykład dokonywać zakupów elektronicznych za pomocą Polskiej Platformy Przetargowej (PPP), umiejscowionej w Polskiej Wytwórni Papierów Wartościowych (PWPW).pl_PL
